| Incorporated in 1989, Peas, Beans and Cereals has enjoyed a decade of successful trading in English dried edible peas and beans. Export-based, the company has a well established share in the Japanese market for marrowfat peas, especially the old established "Maro" variety. Other varieties are also shipped to other destinations, including Thailand, Taiwan and Malaysia. All peas are used in traditional roasted pea snacks in these countries. | These machine cleaned beans are used for traditional "Foul Medames" dishes in these countries. The company also acts as European agent for "The Lentil Company" of Horsham, Victoria, Australia for the import of whole red (Digger variety) whole green (Matilda variety) & red split lentils. Close association with a modern seed House in South Africa also ensures competitive access to top quality Popping Corn, white maize and Birdseed items from South and East Africa. The main destination for these items is N.Europe although the Far East is another less regular destination. |
